Description

• Finance planning role to assists China leadership team in managing the annual creation of Budget, up to date Estimation (Quarterly roll up) and VSP (3 years) planning and analysis, detailing revenue and profit expectations, along with supporting strategic and tactical plans, create streamline to work with divisional finance and business team to consolidate Budget/LE related information
• Finance BP role to support business lines to understand BU finance results and their sales performance, provide advise based on financial knowledge and support business to analysis. Drive China commission goal set-up and in charge of commission calculation for China. Monitor business related reports, for example portfolio analysis, renewal rate analysis and achievement by different segment to support driving sales growth
• Finance reporting roles to work with different stakeholders to monitor monthly closing and consolidate report to China management team. Support business to monitor business trends and make decision. Tracking YoY cost movement and explain to management team,proactively monitors and advises the China leadership team and key executives on trends in the market that affect the financial performance of the China businesses, partners, and or other related entities and may require management action to reduce risk/accelerate opportunities for growth.Support all monthly Financial/Business Review meetings and related presentations.
• Collaborate with team - within and outside the Global Growth Markets Division to support drive business growth and profitability
• Manages the financial/planning system and related work processes; oversees the implementation, direct the independent accounting business unit to set up a sound financial system
• Ensures financial compliance with IFRS and WK Accounting Manual and financial policies

Profile

• Sees the "big picture" - how the key drivers of business relate to each other, work together to produce profitable growth as well as relate to the work performed each day
• Agile and capable to prioritize and manage multiple task and/or assignments with time sensitive deadlines and possible overlapping tasks
• Ability to work closely with senior management from both finance and non-finance backgrounds
• Challenge the business planning cycles and processes to look for efficiencies
• Frame the annual planning process with business partners in the context of the longer-term strategic business unit goals and the external environment
• Skilled at building relationship, effectively integrating and focusing key stakeholder organizations internally and externally to drive successful outcomes
• Able to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Hands on, results oriented, energetic and highly motivated self-starter
• Gradutated from well-known unniversaty
• English can be used as working language
