FP&A head, Retail and E-commerce

This position plays a key role in the financial function. The business growth of Greater China is driving the need for further financial insight. You will lead the Retail and EC finance team to provide a complete finance FP&A function for all budget holders, regional management and global team.

• Reporting, Planning & Budgeting
• Ensure quality of various financial analyses and reporting within deadlines.
• Analyze variances and explore potential problems. Make appropriate recommendations to solve unexpected gap based on sound analysis.
• Assist budget holders with preparation of budget templates, lead rolling forecast, collect data and ensure high quality of forecasting.
• Consolidate and analyze budget holder planning and budgeting information including narrative and analyses.
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.

• Business Supports
• Partner with the Retail & E-Commerce team to drive actionable insights and growth.
• Drive business performance analytics: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. selling expense), etc.
• Prepare other financial reports, models, analysis, and presentations to support business needs and facilitate decision-making.
• Drive process improvement and lay the foundation for processes to enable GC Retail and E-Commerce's growth.
• Other ad hoc support to business

• Team Management
• Manage a strong FP&A team, lead and motivate team morale for continuous individual and team performance improvement.
• Cross work with diverse Greater China financial teams to support any Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Internal Control related requests.
• Close work with global FP&A on the reporting, business insights, policy and implementation of any Group tasks.
• Lead FP&A activities of Retail & E-Commerce and ensure financial consolidation with GC level.

Profile

• Educational Background in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in business analyst or similar role
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solid experience with SAP
• Experienced People Manager
• Strong analytical skills with strong business sense
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Very positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure and take initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree above in relevant field.
• Interpersonal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Job Offer
