Client Details

Our client is a well-known MNC entertainment and media group focus on event and concert organising and promotion. With over 500 employees and different offices in the APAC area, our client is now seeking a potential candidate to cope with their business expansion in the future.

Description

• Maintain day-to-day transactions in Xero accounting system
• Handle invoicing and Receivables
• Handle supplier payments and Payables
• Prepare bank, payment processor and inter-company reconciliations
• Assist in management reporting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and annual audit
• Handle company secretarial matters as required

Profile

• Diploma holder or above in accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of commercial accounting experience
• Knowledge of Xero preferred
• Prior experience of ticketing a distinct advantage
• Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work as a team player and independently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and MS Teams
• Good English & Cantonese communication skills
