This role provides product support for an enterprise wide platform. Working with an established Product team the employee will provide end user support, training, reporting, analytics and product maintenance. They will also support the Access Administration team responsible for onboarding and offboarding users across MyView tools.

What you will be responsible for

The person selected for this role will be a member of the MyView team. Under the direction of a Team Lead/Manager you will assist in and lead activities in support of MyView, a State Street proprietary global platform supporting multiple services across multiple global Business Units.

The person will also be responsible for supporting access and administration for key MyView client-facing applications.

  • MyView tools setup/configuration via ticketing base model
  • Responsible for performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames
  • Maintain working knowledge of overall team process operating model
  • Providing subject matter knowledge to end users in the assigned area of MyView tools
  • Support the MyView team with data analysis on inquiry platform utilization, service level and responsiveness performance and other MyView applications as applicable
  • Trend identification of usage and issues in the user community using the MyView services
  • Document any updates or changes to formal procedures, databases, etc.
  • Risk identification and mitigation / elimination initiatives
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills: ability to work effectively with others to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Ensures timely resolution of issues while keeping management informed of any potential issues.
  • Selected candidates will be required to work at shifts which allow reasonable overlap with all regions working hours and allow for trainings, on the job practice, feedback etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor degree; Information Systems, Finance or related fields preferable, but not required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience
  • Ability to communicate confidently, efficiently and clearly in both written and verbal forms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word), advanced levels of excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
  • Strong interpersonal skills are needed as the team will be coordinating virtually across BUs and project teams globally
