Senior Associate - Audit/Tax

As Senior Associate, you will be involved in the audit from beginning to end from-Planning through execution and supervision of Associates, dealing with Senior Members of the client’s Management and finalizing the audit with the engagement Manager. Your role also includes:

• Provide audit and business advisory to assigned clients.
• Identify key audit risks and devise appropriate audit responses.
• Lead /supervise audit teams.
• Perform audit tests on key financial statement areas and document audit evidence in accordance with IKERN's audit methodology.
• Ensure audit work is performed in accordance with IKERN's policies, procedures and standard audit practices.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the audit team.
• Attend and participate in client meetings and lead in discussing audit issues noted during audit assignments.
• Prepare audit plans, budgets and identify resources for audit assignments.
• Co-ordinate procedures for finalizing the financial statements; and
• Supervise, coach and develop team members.
