Your new role

  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare strategic reports on the groups' performance
  • Advice on accounting treatment, tax issues and deal structure
  • Review financial reporting, tax and regulatory returns (FRR)
  • Lead in fund formation, fund administration
  • Fund portfolio updates, cash management and compliance matters
  • Liaise with auditors, relationship managers and office managers

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in handling PE/VC Fund
  • Experience working in SFC licensed corporations/Asset Management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Independent with strong analytical, communication and computer skills
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
