Accounting Officer - Italian Luxury Retail Brand (Up to 23K)

Client Details

Our client is a well-known Italian retail brand with regional office located in Hong Kong. They have multiple stores in the APAC region, and they are now seeking for a Senior Accounting Officer who has specialised skill set in full set of account to join their experienced team.

Description

• Responsible for full set of accounts including daily accounting operations such as sales receipts reconciliations, vendor invoices booking, bank payments & bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements preparation.
• Prepare vouchers, cheques, accounting schedules, reconciliation and data entry
• Responsible for month-end closing for other subsidiaries
• Preparing online payment, update payment record in system
• Participate in stock take activities
• Communicate with shop staff
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Profile

• At least 3 years full set accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, able to meet deadline and work independently
