Client Details

Our client is a MNC Private Jet company who focus on aviation consultancy projects and private jet services around the world. They have established over 30 years and have offices around the globe. They are now expanding rapidly and looking for a high calibre to join as an Accounting & Admin Officer for their aggressive business plan in coming years.

Description

  • Perform daily accounting operations and prepare vouchers and expense claims.
  • Accounting data entry, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Arrange business travel requirements for senior managers including booking flights and hotels.
  • Assist the sales team to input customer data into the company CRM system
  • Support office administration and facilities arrangements (e.g. liaison with IT and other services providers);
  • Compile, manage and execute company billings and receipts.
  • Manage office supplies and office equipment procurement and printing and stationery.
  • Assist in the creation of, and then maintain, all company policy documents and forms, including but not limited to: HR policy, expense policy, expense forms, and others.
  • Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist company management with recruitment activities including job-posting, screening candidates, and interview arrangements.
  • Assist and support employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
  • Perform employee record management such as Staff Profile, Leave management and attendance record, background checks, training, etc.
  • Assist to maintain personnel databases and filing records to government departments.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding company insurance, employees compensation insurance, medical insurance, services contracts/agreements, etc;
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks for any company Executive, HR, Admin, and accounting duties as assigned.
  • Ensure office filing system is maintained.

Profile

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCC Intermediate qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Peachtree and project/job costing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Proactive, responsible, good manner, and able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
