The P2P Process Excellence Lead is an expert in AP processes and is responsible for process engineering, process diagnostics, process automations, stadardisations and is the bridge between processes & IT (techno- functional consultant) who will generate efficiencies and bring change in processes.

They do over 7bn USD in annual revenue and have a global team exceeding 10,000 employees. They have their global captive center in Navi Mumbai.
Description
The key responsibilities of the P2P Process Excellence Lead:
- Implement and drive P2P processes like- process engineering, process diagnostics, standarization, compliances, automations and continuous improvements
- Drive and deliver continuous improvement, including change management, and interface with related functions, such as Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and IT
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of procurement technology-based business solutions
- Develop and maintain process descriptions (Business Process Mapping) in coordination with Procure to Pay Global Process Owner, and share best practices across regions
- As a techno funcational consultant be the bridge between processes and IT team
- Interact and manage stakeholders such as tower heads, center head, US/ European leaders
Profile
The successful P2P Process Excellence Lead:
- Heading and driving process transformations and driving PMO
- Having 10 to 15 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Manufacturing captive center
- Extensive experience working on multiple proejcts- process improvements, automations, process diagnostics, standardisations, etc.
- lean six sigma certifications/ PMO certifications/ master black belts are preferred
- Having few years of consulting experience (Accenture, Genpact, etc)
- Candidates with Only BPO experience will not be considered
