As a Senior Associate, you’ll work alongside senior members of the client’s management team in planning the audit process from beginning to end, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of our client’s information. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.

  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ of experience operating in a similar work environment;

  • Completed Level 1 and 2 of ACA or ACCA;

  • Sound knowledge of IFRS and international standards on auditing;

  • Proven track record of compliance with quality standards and an ability to balance an efficient and compliant audit.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills, experience of undertaking audit from planning to completion and a track record of challenging yourself and others to complete high quality testing and documentation;

  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships which includes communicating clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;

  • Ability to review the work of others’, providing commentary and feedback to support the teams technical development and enhance audit quality;

  • Demonstrate resilience and dedication to self development including being agile and innovative.
