Summary:In your role as Interaction Coordinator ECEMEA, you will be coordinating grant and donation activities across Eastern Europe and Turkey (Turkey, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Israel, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Baxter AG SEE and Ukraine). Your role will be responsible for ensuring all grant and donation activities are completed in accordance with applicable Baxter policies.
What will you be doing?- Reviewing grants and donations to ensure compliance with policies.
- Identifying non-compliance issues and working with key internal teams (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, etc) to resolve issues.
- Tracking grant and donation requests within the compliance tool (Pega) to ensure timely processing and closure.
- Providing guidance on how to utilize the compliance tool (Pega) to key internal customers.
- Reporting on grant status and disclosure.
- Specialist with previous professional experience in a similar position (within compliance, data privacy, governance).
- Fluent Turkish and English speaker (knowledge of any Slavic language would be added value).
- Person with a strong customer service focus, experienced in enforcing compliance with company policies.
- Prior experience and working knowledge of EFPIA, Medtech code and local country transparency regulations in Eastern Europe or Turkey, practical knowledge of Pega, JDE, and Concur would be an added value.
- Strong professional with excellent communication skills, who can be diplomatic, and flexible and has a “can do” mindset.
- In terms of education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or similar.
- Probation period of 3 months and then for an indefinite period.
