An exciting opportunity exists to join our Ford Finance Team as a Vehicle Revenue Finance Analyst. We are hiring future leaders into finance roles supporting our UK-based Marketing & Sales team.

THE ROLE

Our roles are dynamic. Expect to:
  • Build close working relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders - being trusted to both provide sound advice, and to challenge
  • Act as finance and business advisor to the Marketing & Sales team in the development of pricing strategies and sales negotiations
  • Use analytical methods and financial modelling to help guide, inform and influence operational decision making
  • Be close to our products and services - supporting profit optimisation actions
  • Ensure vehicle sales incentives are appropriately accounted for
  • Review, consolidate and progress to approval pricing papers for future products
  • Align future model feature deployment with Marketing & Sales and pricing assumptions for program reviews, including analysis of changes versus prior products
  • Provide support for forecast, budget and business plan updates
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or similar discipline
  • Experience in either a finance analyst or commercial role
  • Be CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Be comfortable in dealing with large volumes of data - and have experience in data analytics
  • A self-starter with a commercial mindset, who is happy working in teams, and independently
Working at Ford
  • We're currently working from home to minimise face to face contact in the office. Whilst the role is based in Dunton, Essex, we are moving to a hybrid working arrangement, meaning there will be a combination of office collaboration and non-office working
  • We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer. We will consider applications for flexible work arrangements, either at the outset of your career or later as needs arise
  • We believe your development is important; we support both professional and personal development including mentoring from current leaders and CIMA
