Assistant Manager/Manager, Recognised Market Operator, Institution Supervision

Our preference for an ideal candidate would include someone who –

1. possess some knowledge or understanding of ‘anti-money laundering’ (AML) or ‘combating the financing of terrorism’ (CFT) practices and regulations has some exposure to due diligence processes as well as ‘know your customer’ practices and requirements is somewhat familiar or understands the structures and the mechanics of both the primary and secondary markets has regulatory knowledge or comprehension of the applicable laws and regulations   has some auditing or accounting experience (ability to interpret financial statements has some knowledge risk and crisis management processes has good analytical skills, risk acumen and communication skills

Candidates with knowledge and interest in any of the following areas will have an added advantage:

1. Equity crowdfunding and peer-to-peer financing E-service platforms (distribution platforms via digital channels)  Digital assets and its underlying technologies (e.g. blockchain, smart contracts etc.) Fintech development Related industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field 3 – 5 years of experience in any of the relevant areas stated above.
