Financial Services partner with all areas of CommBank to provide specialist advice on financial management and strategy. This advice covers finance, audit, treasury, investor relations, security, general procurement and property.

We have several Manager roles coming up across different divisions in the Group within Performance Reporting.

The primary objective of the roles is to deliver high quality forecasts and insights to support senior leadership decision making. The roles also require hands on input in relation to financial modelling and finance related process improvement initiatives.

Do work that matters

Key areas of impact & contribution include;

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual planning, quarterly and monthly forecasts
  • Detailed financial modelling
  • Periodic and adhoc forecasting using insights and financial analytics
  • Ad hoc analysis and insights to support senior leadership decision making
  • Collaborating with numerous stakeholders including other BUs and Group Finance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Identifying and supporting implementation of process improvements in the Planning & Forecasting team
  • Involvement in supporting and/or leading finance strategic initiatives
  • Develop deep analytical skills using the Group’s data assets, to understand and grow the business

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

  • Degree qualification (Business, Finance, or IT) with post graduate qualification, highly desirable
  • CA/CPA/CFA qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Financial Services environment
  • Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytic capabilities
