Outsourcing Accounting Manager (Regional)

Description

• Supervise and handle the full sets of accounts, GST, payroll or advisory services related to the clienteles
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports
• Demonstrate expertise in accounting frameworks related to compliance matters in related to ACRA, Companies Act, etc.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to your team members, ensuring productivity and overall mental well-being of team
• In-charge of work allocation amongst the team, ensuring an effective and efficient process
• Managing client relationships and maintaining good rapport with client
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Participate in proposals and new client prospects meetings, when required
• Any other tasks as and when required by the Management

Profile

• Bachelor of Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, individuals from a professional services firm in an Accounting/Outsourcing/Client Accounting/Audit environment will be beneficial
• Strong understanding of IFRS or compliance requirements related to tax, payroll, accounting will be beneficial
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
