A new Finance Manager position has been created to join the global MMC Tech project financials team (run and change) which would well suit a newly qualified accountant with a passion for expense management. Our team purpose is to ensure that MMC Technology expense is transparent and clearly understood by the global technology leadership teams, as well as the wider finance teams and business units we support.
We will count on you to:
- Take responsibility and ownership of project financials for specific business units
- Work in close collaboration with Finance Business Partner for specific business units to ensure aligned financial reporting to GL and Strategic plans
- Provide Finance business partnering activities across global technology teams
- Support drive and focus for continuous improvement across project financials team to establish best practice and consistency across MMC Tech
- Prepare monthly project reporting and deliver presentations to senior leadership teams
- Build and maintain effective working relationships
- Provide Ad hoc support to the project financials team as required
What you need to have:
- Newly/nearly qualified chartered accountant qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuine drive for process improvement
- Strong Excel/systems skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
