Description

Oversee the creation of the Long-Term Plan by leveraging macroeconomic data to determine base trends, participating in strategy meetings with senior management to determine the key assumptions for growth drivers, and providing visibility on financial risks and opportunities.
* Analyse and articulate drivers of organizational performance through the interpretation of financial results and macro-economic trends impacting the market landscape to drive action and challenge/support decisions.
* Display a strong, consistent, and vocal Finance point of view, remaining neutral and objective on business issues; maintain ability to influence client/partner thinking at all levels.
* Develop analytical tools suited to varying business requirements and establish sustainable analytics processes that can be performed consistently by the finance organization
* Develop and deploy consumer-centric revenue management techniques to increase customer satisfaction while optimizing average check.
* Leverage and develop statistical modelling tools to drive strong analytics-based decision-making throughout the product life cycle (inception to post-mortem).
* Develop new tools to measure the performance of capital investments and provide guidance on where there may be untapped potential for growth or further efficiency by leveraging internal and external data.
* Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the finance organization on analytics-based disciplines like financial/statistical modelling and decision science
* Demonstrate learning and people agility, as well as comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
* Lead special projects as designed and defined by the Head of Finance.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, or Business preferred
• 7+ years of business development or revenue management and pricing experience in a multi-national company with a minimum of 2+ years of people management experience. Prior experience in F&B industry preferred.
• Functional skills required: analysis & problem solving, business planning & development, revenue management, and strategic cost management.
• Business skills required: external focus, change leadership, communication, and developing people and organizations.
• Proficient with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• English proficiency required.
