Description

* Figure out potential internal deficiencies and improve workflow through various internal control improvement activities
* Follow up internal audit findings, provide recommendation and suggestions on action plan, lead and assist responsible person to ensure improvement actions in place in time
* To understand the business of China Packaging, monitor the effectiveness of company policies and internal control system based on the business change and development
* To formulate policies and procedures according to internal control requirement, reinforce and strengthen internal control of China Packaging
* To pay attention to government and industry policies; collect information related to business operation and potential risk, and timely communicate with management

Profile

* Bachelor's degree or above, major in Auditing, Accounting or Finance is preferred
* 6 years + work experience in auditing or internal control
* Strong communication skill with open mind, proactively initiate discussion and being able to bring up new ideas and suggestions
* Aspiration on internal auditing and continuous learning ability is necessary
* Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Ability to travel 50%
