Finance Analyst

As the Analyst you will be asked to track and analyse competitor pricing as well as monitoring stock levels across several sales channels which, in turn, will help support these channels to drive more margin and volume.

My client is a rapidly growing IT service and recycling company with more than 1,800 employees worldwide at 38 locations in 22 countries.

Description

Key responsibilities of the role will be;

• Run daily pricing reports to monitor the margin across all marketplaces.
• Create and develop accurate competitor pricing reports for analysis and share with the wider team.
• Managing sales activity data and aiding key decisions on purchasing
• Monitoring stock levels across multiple sales channels
• Manage daily changes in the market to react quickly to market depreciation.
• Create competitor analysis to identify website improvement.
• Alignment of inventory demand plan and work with the buying team to source products.
• Manage and monitor aged stock to ensure stock is sold within 30 days.
• Working with the Brand Manager to plan and create promotional campaigns.
• Any other reasonable request as required to meet business needs.

Profile

The successful candidate will be highly analytic, have strong excel skills, able to interpret data and create viable business recommendations, clear thinking, with sound understanding of calculating profitability on deals and be commercially aware.

Job Offer

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of up to £30,000, being part of an exciting and growing team, gain exposure to a multitude of different elements to the business.
