Junior Controller

ADM European Department of Finance and Accounting, based in the Business Garden in Poznan, will welcome an ambitious person who is open to working in an international environment. Your Responsibilities:

 
•    Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation and booking, analyses, reconciliations)
•    Preparing financial data for monthly reporting
•    Reviewing and ensuring accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping
•    Providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports
•    Executing standard processes within the team according to the procedures
•    Assisting in performing internal controls including month-end activities in accordance with control framework
•    Undertaking research and analytical tasks and other other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
•    Participating in transition of processes to GBS

 
Your Profile:

 
•    2+ years of relevant job experience required
•    Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (being an ACCA/CIMA member/student will be an advantage)
•    Fluency in English (Spanish or Turkish language- nice to have)
•    Efficient use of MS Office (MS Excel)
•    Working knowledge of other modern ERP systems (preferably SAP)
•    Creating a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
