What are we looking for

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant, to joining our site in Clevedon. You'll be working within a dynamic environment, supporting with the maintenance and update of our accounts systems to reflect new customers, paid invoices and Ledger activities.

What will you get

First hand experience to how a national accounts team operate, gaining insight knowledge and experience within a highly skilled and knowledgeable accounts and finance team, along with a competitive salary and great benefits.

Your daily duties will include
  • Performing and updating weekly payroll runs, along with raising credit controls and CIS returns.
  • Performing month end reporting, ledgers, and dossiers.
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and responding appropriately to the queries and issues.
  • Create new service accounts on the internal system and update to reflect any changes regarding financial points of contacts, invoices or pay queries.

Key requirements
  • Experience within the finance world, ideally comfortable with month end reports, Ledger activities and or financial reconciliation reports.
  • Working knowledge of finance systems, would be highly desirable.
  • Able to commute to and from the Clevedon/Bristol site.
