- Play as a core management team overseeing financial aspects of business and driving the financial, tax and funding strategy and planning, including preparing the budget financial analysis, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting, reporting, treasury and internal control under listed company standard.

- Assisting CEO for equity raising and quarterly SEC filing
