• Customer Service activities: Attend, review and follow up on Calls, Emails, related to LATAM invoices.
• Reconciliation of Accounts: As per request and as part of the LATAM Past Due process. Sending the notifications and giving the proper follow up.
• support the department on internal projects and other processes as backup of payment or others
• Comply with all S-OX key controls.
• Provide customer service to suppliers, internal customers and Baxter employees.
• Control and follow up of Tax Control file request by LATAM.
• Audit and follow up P-Card Transactions for LATAM.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
• Ensure all services provided are complying with current SLA’s.
• Ensure S-Ox Compliance.
• Assist in any audit process as required. Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies.
• Drive and /or participate in projects related to improvements initiatives for processes.
• Prepare any metric report for management and others when requested
