The incumbent will handle client engagements related to Enterprise wide Risk Management, Compliances (IFRS17 / SOX / Regulatory etc.), Standard Operating Procedures manuals, Finance and System transformation, etc.

The opportunity
This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you'll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. You'll also team with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance. An additional focus of this team is leveraging emerging technologies like Robotics, AI, Advanced Analytics to enhance various aspect of service delivery being provided to the client, and actively work in building multiple tools and assets for efficient and effective client delivery.

Job description:
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Execution on client engagement - ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.
• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm.
• Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
• Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.
• Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.
• Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key client contacts.
• Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• CA Fresher with 3 years of articleship experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal & writing skills
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving capability
• Pose strong learning capabilities and should be determined to develop new skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Ability to think differently and innovate.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.
