Our client is one of the top providers of IT solutions in the world with a strong global presence. As part of their growth strategy, they are now looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join their regional revenue team as a Revenue Accountant.

about the job

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will partner closely with the regional sales team to provide technical accounting advice while ensuring appropriate revenue recognition and compliance to ASC 606. You will be involved in preparation of revenue recognition reports, monthly journal entries, account reconciliation, analyzing and resolving issues in the general ledger and revenue accounts. Ensuring compliance in accordance with guidelines, you will also drive continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.

skills and experience required

You are ideally degree qualified and at least 5 years of relevant revenue accounting experience. You are a good communicator, a problem solver and a team player who is able to work independently. You are strong in US GAAP knowledge. Candidates with prior experience in a US company will be considered. You are proficient in Oracle and Microsoft applications. You are meticulous, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment that promotes flexibility and hybrid work arrangement.
