The Consultant – Corporate Finance & Restructuring will have day-to-day responsibility in relation to the administration of formal insolvency appointments, restructuring engagements, board of director appointments, investment management services, distressed asset sales, fraud and complex financial investigations, litigation support and other business advisory services.

Specific Requirements:

In order to apply for this position, the successful candidate must satisfy the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ (with at least 1,000-2,000 hours) relevant experience in insolvency and restructuring, preferably within a large international accounting firm.
  • Some experience in the Cayman Islands or another offshore jurisdiction would also be desirable Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in a relevant subject
  • Proven experience dealing with insolvency and/or restructuring assignments in the financial services sector, in particular investment funds
  • Effective communicator, with good listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Close attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills Motivated and ambitious, with the ability to take initiative and learn from previous experience
  • Fully proficient using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Willing and flexible to work overtime at short notice (including weekends), as required
