Hours: 12:30 – 21:30 (including 40 minutes lunch break, 20 minutes short breaks)

Job Description:

• Managing the billing department.
• The role includes performing bookkeeping, payroll processing, and preparation of final accounts, and financial statements.
• Computation of tax returns such as VAT, self-assessment and UK Corporation Tax
• Creating Invoices and sending them to customers.
• Coordinating with other departments and customers for payments/invoices-related queries.
• Recording financial data, extracting and working on financial reports Helping and assisting in the function of Corporate Budgeting & Forecasting Helping and assisting in month-end activities, financial closing.
•  Ad-hoc administration duties which include activity/responsibility as instructed by the reporting manager given the need at hand Assist in any other task assigned by senior

Requirements:

• The right attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good literacy in Microsoft Office and Cloud Accounting Products would be a Plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills preferably in English

Qualifications: Bachelors/ Fresh Graduates in BS Accounting & Finance, MBA, ACCA affiliate

Experience: 1 year experience, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
