Job Description:
- Monitor and oversee all internal operations within Accounting & Finance for RHE Holdings S/B and other subsidiary companies
- Prepare and review full set of accounts
- Cover the end-to-end spectrum for finance (reporting, tax, treasury, budget & forecast)
- Leading a team of accounts & finance executives
- Have prior experience of implementing Sage300 ERP System or other ERP Systems is necessary
- Prepare budget and forecast and present it to the BOD
- Prepare group consolidation reports and review them
- Preparing monthly cashflow report, ageing and collection report
- Compile monthly financial report to managing director
- Control and monitoring of company petty cash
- Control and monitoring of company financial status
- Liaise with banker concern all banking matter
- Liaise with auditor on yearly audited report
- Liaise with tax auditor to prepare yearly tax report
- Liaise with lawyer in term of all licensing, legal matters and any required matters
- Preparing quarterly and yearly report to BOD
- Any other additional ad-hoc task
- Based at Bandar Puchong, Kuala Lumpur HQ Office
Requirements and skills
- Proven 10 years of experience as a Financial Manager
- Min BS Degree in Finance and Accounting / Professional qualification (ACCA, etc.)
- Proficient user of finance software and other related software (Microsoft Office 365, etc.) will be added advantage
- Prior Sage300 or other ERP System implementation experience is necessary
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to be agile and strong business acumen
- Oral & Written Competence in English, and Bahasa Malayu
