Client Details
Our client is a medium to large (80M+€) Belgian Retail company with offices located in Brussels. They are growing quickly, in a bilingual NL/FR work environment with special attention to work/life balance.
Description
Your main responsibilities are :
- Reporting financial information and explaining it to Head of departments (sales, margin, inventory correction, etc.)
- Act as Business / Sparring partner towards CFO and Managing Directors.
- Reporting of forecasts and financial results of the company
- Responsibility for the analysis and allocation of cost centers and revenues
- Perform monthly monitoring and analysis of operational results against the proposed budget
- Prepare the monthly closing in collaboration with the other Finance departments
- Be in regular contact with the various department managers in the context of the figure analysis
Profile
The ideal candidate :
- Fluent in Dutch, with excellent level of English. French is a strong asset
- At least 7 years of experience working in a Senior Business Controller / Senior Financial Controller position
- A first experience working with AX Dynamics is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, business partner mentality, and critical thinking skills
