About The Role

As a Commercial Finance Administrator within Dairy Consumer Foods, you will work within a team of accountants and analysts, whilst being aligned to business partner our GB commercial functions. This role will report into the Commercial Accountant

At Kerry we offer a hybrid working policy, which will require you to come into our offices in Egham each Tuesday and Wednesday.

This is a fixed term contract role until 30th June 2023.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage the GB pricing and promotional spend approvals in SAP, working alongside the sales executives to ensure accuracy and audit compliance
  • Manage our retail commodity cost models with the GB sales team
  • Ownership of the weekly sales reporting, identifying trends and issues  
  • Manage our monthly prime cost load into SAP
  • Support on project work across the GB and Foodservice geographies
  • Support on adhoc sales requirements when required
  • Providing team cover as required

What do I need to be successful?

In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment. Whilst studying towards an accountancy qualification isn’t essential for this role, a basic understanding of accounting or financial knowledge is desirable It goes without saying that strong interpersonal and relationship building skills go a long way in our business, so you'll need to demonstrate this through our process. If you've got experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business - great - but you have to be a real team player. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently and experience using SAP is desirable.
