Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cash balance reporting for clients
  • Review assigned accounts for issues associated with cash and positions
  • Owns and drives the delivery of service for assigned clients to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
  • Oversees and manages operational inquiries to drive timely resolution, coordinating with internal teams and resolving issues as needed
  • Monitors and manages Delivery metrics for assigned clients via Dashboard, ensuring issues are being researched and resolved within SLAs
  • Implement best practices in technology and processes as identified by remediation plans or other CDM Leads
  • Interact with all teams (Settlements, Corporate Actions, COE’s) for day to day operations impacting client deliverables
  • Collaborate and maintain professional relationship with internal and external counterparts
  • Take ownership of issues to resolution, engage teams as needed to gain consensus
  • Track work effort and goals. Escalate issues in a timely manner

Job Specifications:

  • Graduation in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in Custody operations or Middle office is required
  • Experience in Trade operations, Settlements, Cash and FX preferred, knowledge in Securities Lending is added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Should possess strong written and verbal communications, should be flexible to work in US hours
  • Must be deadline oriented with the ability to provide technical expertise to trouble shoot daily issues/discrepancies.
