Assistant Accounts Manager / Senior Executive (Supervisor) - report to Company Director
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle full set of account & meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
- Prepare monthly closing, P&L Statement, reporting and financial analysis, annual audited report, and tax computation timely and accurately.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external matters to ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements.
- To handle submission to relevant authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, income tax etc
- Prepare and consolidate accounts & cashflow.
Requirements
- Diploma / Cert holder with 4-5 years of full set accounting experience.
- Some experience from audit firm is added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good personality, independent, meticulous with good communication skills.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
