Senior Manager, Management Reporting Team

The Company

Robert Half Financial Services is looking for a self-driven Senior Manager within one of the world's top tier Financial Institutions.

The Role

The Senior Manager will be responsible for effectively planning business strategies and policies, controlling budgeting expenses for the Hong Kong office and coordinating planning and budgeting issues for intra-offices in the East Asia region. Professionals in the Finance division have a strong analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity and are from diverse academic backgrounds.

• Prepare the management accounting and business performance reports for submission to Management and Head Office on a regular basis
• Provide timely, relevant and valuable data and reports to support business decision making
• Review daily workflow and process on regular basis in order to foster operational excellence and achieve high productivity.
• Engage in various cross-divisional / regional and ad-hoc projects, and assisting in queries from stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance or related fields
• Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office, ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset of continuous improvement, aiming for excellence
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and is a self-starter, willing to take ownership and accountability
• Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
• Good teamwork, collaboration, and excellent communications skills
