Overview of Role:

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager.

The business analyst will be supporting the Meetings and Events line of business within Amex GBT. In this position you will conduct analyses at both market and client level through relevant KPIs. In addition, you will develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, financial, analytical and communication (fluent in English) is a must-have traits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The scope is global. The position is 100% virtual
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.


The end goal is to provide financial insights that help the decision-making process

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
  • MD in Information Technology / Finance / Economics
  • A 3 to 5 years experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis within a global organization is highly wished.
  • 5-year experience within a similar role in the service sector.
