My client in Basingstoke is looking for a Finance Operations Administrator for a fixed term contract for 15 months. This role is great for someone looking to kick-start their finance career.

British based organisation with a relatively small finance team with team work at the forefront if it's values.

Description

  • Maintenance of the Accounts Payable Ledger
    • Processing supplier invoices using workflow systems
    • Timely payment of supplier invoices by appropriate, cost effective methods
    • Accurate maintenance of master data
  • Maintenance of the Accounts Receivable Ledger
    • Accurate maintenance of customer accounts
    • Production of timely billing
    • Accurate allocation of cash receipts and debt reporting
  • Banking andGL reconciliation
    • Providing a banking and cash identification service following SLA's
    • Processing of automated bank reconciliation in ERP
    • Bank and sub account reconciliations
  • Close coordination with the business to ensure
    • Service levels are met and
    • Company policy is consistently applied

Profile

  • Good knowledge of invoice work flow systems
  • Knowledge of business requirements, testing and participation in IT projects
