Accounts Payable Lead - Data Company (Hybrid Working)

Responsibilities:

• Set quarterly KPI targets for team member and monitor performance monthly
• Ensure that suppliers are paid, ensuring accuracy and building relationships
• Expenses
• FX trade currency conversion recommendations
• Monthly bank, inter-company and credit card reconciliations
• Approve new supplier account setups
• Manage Procurement to policy by ensuring all invoices have a corresponding purchase order
• Maintain invoice approval work-flows, ensuring that they are in line with approval limits and headcount reports to reflect leavers/starters and new positions
• Ensure that invoices are coded correctly
• Assist with audit (internal and external)
• Monthly reports
• Ad-hoc duties and reports, as required.

Essential:

Experience in a similar role

Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing over email

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads and meet tight deadlines

Attention to detail and high accuracy levels

Desirable:

Experience with working with Acumatica and HSBCnet

Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge
