Role

 

A key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing reporting, costings and analysis to the team and wider business, particularly with a focus on the covid vaccinations project and upcoming seasonal flu campaign.

 

Working closely with the Services Team to provide reporting and information as needed to support all reporting needs to the NHS, preparing analysis of performance reporting and working with the Services Team to ensure sites are achieving maximum efficiency, highlighting any trends in performance and working to implement changes to systems and processes.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for preparing daily performance reporting and appointment reporting to forecast future appointment volumes, demand and availability Maintaining accurate stock records, analysing daily stock reports and forecasting and ordering stock for future weeks Detailed cost and profitability analysis of both the covid vaccination project and seasonal flu campaign Working closely with the vaccination sites to ensure they have everything that they need to be able to successful administer vaccinations Preparation and review of other key financial reports Assisting with providing financial information to the business and completing ad-hoc financial and business projects

  • Actively studying ACCA, CIMA, ACA – minimum 3 years working in a relevant role
  • Commercially focussed
