Who we are looking for

A self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The role is to support Custody Client/Asset Manager service relationships involving query management across the full spectrum of back & middle office operations - including multi-market Trade and FX settlement, Cash Management and Processing, Cash and Stock reconciliations and Fund Onboarding activities. Candidate will work in a team supporting UK based Asset Manager clients reporting to Officer/AVP level line management.

The team you will be joining is part of the Global Client Service division within State Street focused on providing key asset owner clients and their appointed managers with timely and accurate answers to questions they have in support of the effective delivery of their Investment activity.

What you will be responsible for

As Officer you will:

  • Work closely with Client Service Officers in support of allocated Asset Manager clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact providing enquiry and operational support to high profile Asset Manager clients on complex asset servicing functions.
  • Identify operational issues with client impact and escalate for resolution.
  • Proactively communicate with clients on matters of interest and importance, developing and enhancing the relationship.
  • Identify, implement and support client specific service requirements, bridging gaps and enhancing service delivery.
  • Develop understanding of the client’s operational process and tailor Client Service delivery accordingly.
  • Liaise with operations teams to solve processing problems Identifying where there is a need for escalation of issues.

  • Relevant industry level qualifications preferable.
