The Chief Risk Office (CRO) Division partners with the business to seek strategic, sustainable, and compliant returns on risk that reflect the appetite of the bank. CRO purpose is to provide operational excellence, holistic client risk management with improved control effectiveness & efficiency, and a consistent control framework across all risk stripes. Join an analytical and collegial team, working with colleagues across the globe to satisfy regulatory requirements and senior management requests. CRO serves as 2nd Line of Defense (LoD) function and proactively engages with the business to assess, review & challenge the risk profile, ensure timely analysis and reporting. With a clear focus on people management, CRO offers a platform for your ongoing personal and professional development. Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Business is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communicate optimally at all levels and confident making pitches in front of groups of varying size and seniority.
- Focused, proactive with ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
