Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Head of Audit – Swiss Bank within our cutting edge audit function, where you will be responsible for developing and overseeing delivery of Internal Audit’s coverage of the Private Banking and Swiss Bank COO activities as well as of the legal entity Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG under our risk-based methodology, considering the bank’s strategy, top risks, changes in the regulatory landscape in Switzerland and emerging trends. You will be responsible for contextualizing and calibrating risk effectively and you will collaborate with peers on the senior leadership team with differing expertise to develop broad insightful perspectives with depth. This role demands trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders up to Executive Board level, External Audit and Regulators, where you will use your independence and influencing skills to support the improvement of the Bank’s risk and control environment. As a recognized expert in effective compliance and regulatory risk management, you will work effectively with the senior Internal Audit leadership team in bringing subject matter expertise to the wider function. As part of our team, you will be responsible to build a high-performing global team by coaching and mentoring and increasing subject matter knowledge in your field.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:

A solid background from any of the following areas is required:  audit /compliance / wealth management. Outstanding knowledge of relevant regulations and experienced in working and engaging with regulators. Outstanding and effective competencies in building and managing relationships with senior business partners.
