About the role

The FP&A Cost and Cash Analyst is a business partner to the Function Owners for Commercial & Business function costs for LATAM Region.

What would you do?

  • Responsible to develop a budget and forecasts for the relevant functions
  • Providing insight on a monthly basis to function owners on Actual performance vs Budget & Prior year.
  • Challenging of variances to target as appropriate and working with Function owners to come up with mitigation actions to address any overruns.
  • Working with GL to ensure costs are appropriate and all accruals are accurate.
  • Owner of cost allocation rules in BPM for relevant functions.
  • Tracking savings to P&L from Accelerate initiatives for relevant functions.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Economy, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance area
  • Intermediate English
  • Advanced Excel
  • Desirable SAP experience
  • Strong skills to do presentations
  • Excellent time management and job prioritization skills
