Description

Credit Controller duties include:

• Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy
• Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar
• Escalation of accounts and issues as required
• Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for cross-department working to build relationships & share knowledge
• Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A track record in a customer facing role - desirable
• A confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail

Job Offer

A salary up to £25,000 based on experience, study support, pension, parking & more
