Your new role
A great opportunity for an all-rounder to showcase their financial and management accounting experience. Reporting directly to the Business Director's, this role will ultimately provide support to them but also the wider team as this is your chance to business partner with the wider organisation. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Manage the accounts receivable and payable function
• Conduct financial analysis reporting as requested
• Lead the annual budgeting process and benchmarking reports
• Liaise with all stakeholders including external consultants on financial compliance
• Review revenue and costing along with providing recommendations and advice
• Collaborate with and lead two regional Manufacturing Accountants

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally CA/CPA Qualified
• High level of attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and autonomy
• Strong commercial acumen and drive
• Experience with Xero, Excel and MYOB preferred
• Understanding of retail model and processes preferred
