BANK - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough

The Role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of a team of Fitzwilliam Hospital Business Office Team; reporting to the Business Administration Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for the billing, charge capture, cash posting and daily bankings for the hospital. This position involves the following duties and responsibilities:

What you will do:
  • Ensure all invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maximise revenue capture
  • Posting of cash received and balancing daily bankings
  • Ensure timely response to all requests for information
  • Dealing with accounts queries from third parties
  • Working closely with colleagues within the hospital


What you'll bring with you:
  • Previous hospital or accounts experience
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of MS Excel
  • Flexibility
