Description
- Assist in delivering month end accounts on time and accurately
- Help develop IT systems in conjunction with the FC and other key stakeholders and controls to develop a best in class finance environment
- Assist in moving the business towards a controls based audit
- Work with M&A and the Integration departments, as required, to tease out any valuation or technical problems early on in the cycle
- Write technical papers and maintain a day to day relationship with the auditors on material transactions, agreeing sign off of any unusual transactions as early as possible
- Deliver technical projects (e.g. hive up of assets from entities and valuation of acquisitions)
- Involvement with transfer pricing implementation
- Periodic review of SAP for compliance and evolve both controls and day to day process with Finance Manager
- Help evolve the business model to take in acquisitions and move the business to higher growth
Profile
ACA/ACCA qualified looking to make the first (or second move) from training in a practice firm.
Job Offer
Salary to £55,000 plus bonus potential and benefits
