Your field of responsibility

We offer a unique expert role where you assume responsibility for the regular reporting (weekly and monthly) to the Credit Suisse Executive Board. This includes the analysis of business results and the drafting of comments and key messages to ensure transparency over the Credit Suisse financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures. In doing so you provide regular financial updates to the Group Chief Financial Officer as well as performing ad hoc financial analysis to support senior managements' business requirements. Furthermore, you conduct regular as well as ad hoc reporting to the regulators (primarily the FINMA) and participate in the quarterly and annual external reporting process.

Our growing team, which is based in Zurich has an international background, and works closely together to ensure the high quality of all deliverables. The team also interacts regularly with our support teams in Pune and Raleigh. When fully staffed, we will be a team of six professionals collaborating with a can-to attitude and a strong willingness to learn from each other. Being methodical and organized will be key to thrive in our function. We offer an opportunity to get interesting insights into the bank’s overall performance and how senior management and the Executive Board look at the bank and execute the new strategy.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for professionals with a distinct high-quality attitude, strong costumer focus and willingness to go the extra mile. Additional requirements are:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration and/or Finance. Finance qualification such as CMA, CIMA, Chartered Accountancy or equivalent is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in Management Accounting, ideally gained within the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is a requirement
  • Strong analytical skills combined with proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel, skills in Essbase a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, passionate about continuous improvements of the current process governance and execution, including enhancing tools and systems
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
