Description

Joining the Exeter team, as Audit and Accounts Manager you will be an ambitious and motivated individual looking to progress within a rapidly growing team, delivering advice and developing relationships with clients in a key role in this firms department. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients taking responsibility for all aspects of their audit and accounts affairs and delivering on wider advisory project work. You will work on a very varied and wide ranging, mixed portfolio of corporate, not for profit/ charity clients, specialist sector clients, groups, subsidiaries and other clients to encompass significant sized corporates through to growing smaller SMEs/OMBs under the audit threshold in turnover. With growth across the firm, excellent prospects are on offer for career progression. You will also have a key involvement in managing and helping to develop audit and accounts staff, along with working with partners on business development, looking to identify opportunities with new and existing clients and see a clear route on offer to progress within this growing firm.

Profile

You will be a qualified ACA / ACCA accountant, with a background in accountancy practice operating around the Audit & Accounts Manager levels. You will have a background leading, planning and delivering on audits for clients across varied sectors and any experience on the accounts side acting for wide ranging industry limited companies, SMEs and OMBs will be useful, whilst audit skills are key. You will be looking for an opportunity to progress in your career, within a leading firm of accountants. Your career background may have been developed within any of Top 4/10, Mid Tier, Top 50, or regional independent accountancy firm background.

Job Offer
