We believe that ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA Industry Solutions for Oil and Gas are the foundation for the intelligent enterprise: from the wellhead, through the forecourt to the boardroom. Join our team as an Energy JVA Consultant to participate in bringing to live business solutions based on latest ERP and Cloud technologies.

Our Consultants have excellent communication skills (English and at least one other language) with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.

What will you do?

• Work closely with our Clients supporting them in requirements discovery & gathering
• Help our Clients to transform requirements into the best-in-class solution with harmonized & innovative business models
• Play a key role in coordinating and managing Business Transformation projects
• Support our Clients in generating business value from digital packaged solutions like SAP for Oil & Gas and Cloud technologies
• Enable Energy Clients transformation into Intelligent Enterprise powered by latest digital solutions
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely
• Serve as SAP Implementation Specialist, providing application functional consulting and implementation expertise in SAP Applications ECC 6 & SAP S4 Hana, in the module area of JVA (Joint Venture Accounting)

Required Experience:

• Bachelors and/or Masters' Degree (preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Computer sciences (ideally with Major in Management, Information Systems, Digital Transformations, etc)
• General knowledge and understanding of Finance processes within Oil and Gas industry (especially specifics of Upstream business)
• 1 to 2 years of SAP FI or SAP JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) functional experience and general understanding of SAP implementation projects

Desirable Experience (major benefit but not required):

• Consulting Role or direct involvement in the ERP transformation projects - great understanding of such projects life cycles and direct hands-on experience in each phase of such implementations (Business Analysis and Scoping, Design, Testing, Training, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-live support and post go-live support/fixes)
• Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Joint Venture Accounting with required SAP JVA product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements for:

• Cash Calls
• Equity Adjustments
• JVA Allocations
• JVA Billing
• NPI Process
• Net Profit and Carried Interest Profit partners
• Partner and Convincing nettings
• creating JVA Master data (JVA Partner, JOA, JVA, etc.)

• Ability to perform Asset and Material Transfers
• Understanding of integration points of ERP elements (JVA with General Finance, Controlling, Project Systems and other areas of Upstream business operations)
• Knowledge of month end closing business process

• Experience in S4HANA environment - great plus

Working Conditions:

• Headquarter: Warsaw or Wroclaw or Cracow Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
• Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
