Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (regular and ad-hoc)
• Develop internal financial models to support business decisions for KPMG ?
• Support annual and mid-term financial planning and forecasting
• Monitor financial performance of service lines and overheads dedicated according to the Finance team’s internal task split
• Support the business with in-depth analysis if needed
• Analyze financial information on past and current trends and provide commentary
• Initiate development ideas to improve efficiency, effectiveness
• Perform ad-hoc data analytics projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in international company 
• Ability to demonstrate financial and commercial business acumen 
• University Degree in Accounting and Control, Finance or Economics 
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations will be considered an advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge of local accounting regulations and IFRS 
• Team worker with excellent communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Languages: Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Excellent computer literacy (Excel, SAP)
