A leading accountancy practice in the West Midlands that are looking to expand into other regions. In the past 12 months this firm have been winning plenty of work from the national firms and are therefore looking for a new senior hire to help solidify their stature in the region.

Description

• Leading the audit offering within the West Midlands to successfully deliver a broad range of engagements across multiple sectors and industries
• Developing the audit team - recruiting and mentoring Managers/Senior Managers so that they can reach their potential
• Working with our Partner team on our West Midlands strategic growth plans
• Working with our Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and deliver our firm wide audit strategy

Profile

• An RI with experience of controlling a wide ranging audit portfolio
• A strong business developer who is keen to build their network within the West Midlands
• A strong People Manager who enjoys building and developing a team
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can influence at all levels
